- He has experience in HPDC dies, especially in VOLVO FLY WHEEL dies 2,700 tons to 3,200 tons etc.
- Has undergone training programme and inspection to different countries like Germany, Italy and China organised by M/s Sundaram-Clayton Pvt
- Has very Strong skill in cost reduction for manufacturing of new dies and service dies.
Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Director, having more than 20+ years of experience in the field of Tool and Die manufactures sectors (HPDC, LPDC, GDC) and he has worked with M/s Dietech India Pvt Ltd. Sriperumbudur, Chennai.
- He has experience in Machining HPDC dies, especially in 200 tons to 2,000 tons.
- Has 5 years of Experience in medical instrument & inplant compounds development (Straits Orthopaedics, Penang, Malaysia).
- Has very Strong skill Programming in VMC 3-Axis & 5 Axis & cost reduction, Time Saving in machining process.
- Trouble-shooter and Risk Management.
- Team Builder.
- Managing Client Relationship.
